INITIAL CONSULTATION
This 90-minute conference is advantageous for applying the tools and strategies described on this website. Prior to the consultation, Kellie will provide you with a detailed evaluation form that will allow her to assess your current state of operations and your goals. In order to gather all relevant information about your business prior to the consultation, please plan for a window of three weeks when scheduling.
WORKSHOPS
Kellie is available to facilitate workshops based on any one of her four strategies. She can travel to your association or business in the greater Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Delaware region. Travel outside of that region requires additional evaluation and discussion.
EXTENDED ENGAGEMENT
All four of the trust-based strategies can be customized for your organization. The process begins with establishing clear goals for your business, then an investigative process with leaders and subject matter experts, and a review of existing processes and practices.
